Rander Reports is a reporting solution that can analyze call data stored by Rander Server, a communication server. It can help you analyze start time, duration, callerID, calledID, replied/lost, internal/external, incoming/outgoing, etc.
Features: Rander Reports is a reporting solution for Rander server. Rander server is a communication server that manages calls in an organization. Rander call log stores the information of all PBX calls controlled by Rander server. The data that can be collected in reports are start time, duration, callerID, calledID, replied/lost, internal/external, incoming/outgoing, etc. You would be able to analyze load of internal and external lines of PBX, average and maximum duration of calls for a certain period and performance estimates of the performance and workload of the organization`s staff etc. There is a set of templates available that can be used for generating the desired reports.
Data to be filtered for generating a report can be done on several items. These include Call direction (Incoming, Outgoing, All), Call type (Internal, External, All), Answered, Lost, All, Type of external call (Local, Mobile, Long distance, International), if the calls arrived during working hours, lunch time and weekends, selecting only desired CO lines, selecting only desired extensions and specified customers. You can specify the report view that could be tabular or graphical, full screen mode. It is quite easy to get the reports printed on normal office printers. The reports can be saved in 25 different formats supported in the program. The lines on which you need the reports can be named and the they`d appear on the reports.
Overall: It is a nice product for creating call reports for managing the call server. It is a very niche product, specifically for a communication server.
